The Curriculum Vitae (Vitae) is the most important source of
information relevant to evaluation of faculty. The Vitae Format
therefore is a definition of the types of information that are
considered important in an evaluation; as such, the Vitae Format
becomes an integral part of the statement of criteria for
promotion, tenure, and salary increase recommendations. The Vitae
Format occupies the remainder of this section.
